David E. Olsson
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Olsson is a recognized leader in clean energy, technology, consulting services, products and systems integration. Coupled with his industry leadership, Mr. Olsson has an exceptional track-record for helping emerging and global firms build and execute high performance organizations that drive outstanding outcomes through business development, operational and marketing innovation driving revenue growth and profitability.
Mr. Olsson has successfully set the strategic framework and provided the leadership for aligning and leveraging corporate assets to exceed strategic, revenue and market growth goals for over 25 years. Achieving strategic outcomes, Mr. Olsson has participated in executive leadership roles leading to multiple public equity and private merger events with such firms as Verizon, Comverse Technology, ADS, Logica, Darwin Partners and Anchor Point.
Most recently, Mr. Olsson led eneStream, a management consulting firm, helping companies architect more effective business strategies and efficient business systems for exceptional business development, marketing, operational and profitable outcomes.
He has been an active industry leader in many organizations, including his roles as a Founding Fellow of the New England Clean Energy Council (NECEC), a founding board member of the Massachusetts Telecommunications Council (now Mass Technology Leadership Council - MTLC) and a founder of the Telecom Expense Management Industry Association (TEMIA).
Mr. Olsson earned his MBA at Bentley University, Ed.M. at Boston University, and BA in economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He resides with his family in Hingham, Massachusetts.
Colum Lundt
Co-founder and President
Mr. Lundt is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the company’s sales, delivery and back-office organization. Mr. Lundt brings over 15 years experience in sales, recruiting and management to the role. Prior to founding Bridge, he led US sales for Connect Global Solutions (now Welocalize), a European-based Software Localization company. Before that, Mr. Lundt sold for the prestigious Winning Inc., a Sandler Sales company providing global sales training to clients such as Oracle and Xerox Global Services. Previously, he spent six years growing Darwin Partners (now Dextrys), an IT Solutions firm, from $14M to $150M in revenue. During his tenure at Darwin, Mr. Lundt co-founded the Enterprise Reporting practice, ran an $18 million delivery services group, and managed the Telecomm and Utility vertical.
Mr. Lundt’s career began in customer service and sales for Fleet Bank, now Bank of America, after attending Assumption College and serving in the US Marine Corps.
Rich Montbleau
Co-founder and Executive Vice President
Mr. Montbleau has responsibilities for West Coast Sales & Marketing and Solutions Delivery. In this role, Mr. Montbleau delivers consistent client relationship management and customer satisfaction through a unified sales and service delivery team. During his 16 year career in sales & marketing in Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, and Telecommunications, Mr. Montbleau has developed a powerful combination of factors that have paved the way for BRIDGE’s success. Hire people with a consistent set of values and culture, reward people for their efforts and always deliver what is promised.
Prior to founding BRIDGE, Richard served as the Director of Sales & Relationship Management for Edgewater Technologies, and has served in other key sales and marketing positions at Alliance Consulting and Darwin Partners, two Inc 500 ranked Information Technology Solutions Companies. Mr. Montbleau holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Salem State University School of Business.
Thomas J. Leone
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Leone has over 25 years of experience in various senior finance leadership roles within the high-tech sector. As an experienced CFO, Mr. Leone has led several successful M&A transactions and worked with all business functions to help achieve corporate strategic goals.
Prior to joining Bridge Energy Group, Mr. Leone served as CFO and COO of AccuSoft Corporation, an imaging software company. While at AccuSoft, he led the company through several years of profitable growth, ultimately resulting in a successful acquisition transaction for the shareholders. Mr. Leone previously served as CFO of several software and information technology consulting companies, including Applied Insurance Research, ADEPT, and CareTools, and held a variety of senior financial positions at Epsilon Data Management.
While functioning as CFO with these high-tech companies, Mr. Leone experienced rapid revenue growth, led geographical expansions and new product introductions. He successfully balanced the respective business growth requirements by prioritizing investments and providing adequate access to capital. It is this unique blend of finance, operations and business experience that allows Mr. Leone to enable organizations to properly align financial with business goals.
Mr. Leone received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Bryant University and a Masters in Business Administration from Bentley University.
Mike Bianco
Vice President, Services Delivery and Management
Mr. Bianco leads the BRIDGE Services Delivery and Management organization. He is responsible for managing delivery across North America and Canada. Mr. Bianco has 20 years of information technology and technical services experience in application development, infrastructure planning and implementation, systems integration and delivery, network and security consulting, IT operations, compliance and project management. Additionally, Mr. Bianco has worked in the Power Industry since 2003 filling a variety of program and project management consulting roles for ISO/RTOs across the country.
Prior to joining in BRIDGE in 2006, Mr. Bianco was an independent consultant for five years, and also ran a professional services team out of Sacramento, California for three years, working as the Consulting Services Manager for a startup that grew from 15 to 750 people from 1998 to 2001.
Mr. Bianco received his Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from the DeVry Institute of Technology, his Master of Science in Engineering Management at California State University, Northridge and his Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification at the Project Management Institute.
Barry Cioe
Vice President, Marketing & Product Management
As the vice president of marketing and product management, Mr. Cioe is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of branding, marketing and business development of BRIDGE Energy Group’s Utility industry services and product offerings.
Prior to BRIDGE Mr. Cioe was president of the consulting practice at Achieve! Consulting Services where he was responsible for the growth of the Marketing and Product Management offerings, including expansion into tailored, web marketing service offerings. Prior to this Mr. Cioe was the vice president of marketing and product management for Enterasys Networks. While at Enterasys he was responsible for all corporate marketing functions, a primary public spokesperson at conferences, with analysts, with the press and at internal events. His daily responsibilities included the definition and delivery, and P&L oversight, of wireless and wired switching, routing and security products and solutions. Mr. Cioe was a key individual behind several major strategic initiatives as well as Enterasys’ successful return to sustained profitable growth.
Prior to Enterasys, Mr. Cioe led several product development and network and security services teams for Symantec, AXENT Technologies and GTE where he led or assisted in the design, development and deployment of networking and security products, large-scale networks and multi-million dollar software systems with both commercial and government application.
In total, Mr. Cioe has over 20 years of experience working in the Internet security, network infrastructure and IT services markets. He has also managed the deployment or integration of various technologies, including enterprise switching and routing, Unified Threat Management systems, security gateways, firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Network Access Control solutions and more.
Mr. Cioe earned his BS in Computer Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and his MBA from Northeastern University.
Kerri Martinek
Director of Marketing
Ms. Martinek has over twelve years of marketing experience across multiple industries including technology and financial services. Ms. Martinek has worked at several large financial institutions and service companies including Putnam Investments, Dreyfus Retirement Services, First Call/Thomson Reuters and Corporate Communications Broadcast Network (CCBN). She was the head of Marketing at Cymfony, a Kantar Media Company, providing market influence analytics for both traditional and social media. Prior to joining Bridge, Ms. Martinek worked as a Marketing consultant to multiple small businesses, providing strategic direction in launching various marketing programs. Ms. Martinek was also the Marketing Director for Norbury Financial, a research management firm for hedge funds.
In the local community, Ms. Martinek sits on two non-profit boards and is a member of several volunteer organizations focused on mentoring middle school girls. Ms. Martinek was selected for the 10th Annual 40 under 40 Awards by the Worcester Business Journal for her leadership in business and community service. She received a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Babson College - F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
Betty Kochergin
Director of Human Resources
Ms. Kochergin has more than 10+ years of Corporate Human Resources Generalist experience in various organizations. For the past several years she has been in small to mid-sized high technology organizations as the lead or sole HR professional.
Prior to joining BRIDGE, Ms. Kochergin worked as an HR Consultant assisting various organizations with operational and strategic HR initiatives. Previously she was the Director of Human Resources for IBRIX, Inc., a small storage company located in Billerica, MA, now a division of Hewlett Packard. As the HR Director for BRIDGE, Ms. Kochergin will be working closely the Senior Management Team aligning the HR function with the company long term goals and objectives.
Ms. Kochergin is a member of several local and national HR organizations such as the 495/128 HR Collaborative, HR Connection, Boston Recruiters Group and the Society of Human Resources Management. Ms. Kochergin received her BA in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Toronto and recently received her Senior Professional Human Resources certification in June 2009.
David O'Brien
Director of Regulatory Strategy & Compliance
David O'Brien joined Bridge Energy Group in January of 2011 as Director of Regulatory Strategy & Compliance. As regulatory lead at BRIDGE, Mr. O’Brien will be offering insight and solutions to utility companies seeking regulatory approval of smart grid projects and working to broadly communicate how critical a smarter grid is to our energy policy.
Previously, Mr. O'Brien served as Commissioner of the Vermont Department of Public Service from 2003 to 2011 as a member of the administration of Governor James Douglas. As Commissioner he was responsible for regulation of the electric, natural gas, telecommunications and water industries in Vermont. During his tenure he made long term power supply, expanded broadband and wireless coverage and smart grid development his priorities.
Prior to that, Mr. O'Brien served as Executive Director of the Rutland Economic Development Corporation, a private non-profit responsible for business expansion, growth, and retention in Rutland County, Vermont. Before coming to Vermont in 1992, he was a commercial banker at Peoples Bank in Connecticut.
Mr. O'Brien holds a Bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Bridgeport and a Masters in Finance from Fairfield University. He has been active over the years in a variety of community and statewide efforts including United Way of Rutland County, the Rutland Regional Education Alliance and the Vermont Economic Progress Council. He resides in Rutland with his wife Marci, son Billy and new daughter Anna.
