As a Client Partner with BRIDGE Energy Group, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle. This includes prospecting to identify key decision-makers in the Utility Industry, building strong relationships, seeking out pain or challenges, and map BRIDGE solutions and services to the client pains. Your goal is to achieve your assigned sales quota by penetrating and developing accounts, qualifying prospects, driving proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing new business. You will work closely with a cross functional support team to assess customer requirements. You must also possess the ability to embrace and uphold BRIDGE Energy Group’s core values.
As a NERC CIP Asset Identification, Categorization and Management Process Lead, you’ll be responsible for developing and formalizing processes to identify BES Cyber System and their impact level (per V5 requirements), supporting Cyber Asset classification of new and existing (V3) Cyber Assets, identify and document a criteria for grouping of Cyber Assets to become BES Cyber Systems. In this role the Process Lead will determine technical solution to support NERC CIP asset management, document definition or treatment of Control Center associated “data centers”. This person will track EACMS, PACS and PCAs associated with High and Medium Impact BES Cyber Systems once identified, establishing and implementing asset inventory standard and will also implement barcoding technology for Management BES Cyber Assets and surrounding assets within identified asset inventory for accuracy and least manual efforts.
As a NERC CIP Asset Identification, Categorization and Management Technology Lead, you’ll be responsible for defining technology requirements and solution definition for classification, tracking (tagging) and management of cyber assets and systems, establishing and implementing cyber asset inventory and cyber asset tracking (tagging) standards. The Technology Lead will work with NERC CIP stakeholders from each Operating Company and IT, determine the best technical solution for a NERC CIP centralized tool for Management of assets and provision of NERC CIP V5 compliance evidence and will also define requirements, specifications and physical design to implement a Cyber Asset bar code tagging solution. This person will work with a Process Lead in the definition and specification of “to-be” processes in support of Cyber Asset Management.
As a NERC CIP Physical Security Project Manager you’ll work collaboratively with representatives from the NERC CIP v5 Program Implementation Team and the other operating companies.
The NERC CIP Program Manager will lead the client’s CIP 2016 Program. This program is categorized as all things related to NERC CIP that will help the client achieve CIP V5 compliance. The Program Manager will oversee the main functions on the road to compliance including; Asset Classification (Cyber & Physical), High, Medium and Low Rated Impact Substations, Technology Specific compliance and v5 Compliance Processes, Policies and Procedures.
As a NERC CIP Project Manager you’ll work collaboratively with representatives from the NERC CIP v5 Program Implementation Team and the other operating companies.
As the Technical Compliance Analyst you’ll work with the Infrastructure and Operations groups internally to ensure complete and timely compliance with all regulatory requirements through the development, organization, and tracking of appropriate documentation, policies and procedures. Candidates will facilitate compliance processes to assure regulatory compliance with applicable CIP standards and functions as team members for internal and external audit preparation.
The Resource Manager helps support BRIDGE Energy Group’s business objectives by building and maintaining mutually beneficial long-term relationships with consulting resources across North America. Through traditional sourcing, recruiting, referral and networking methods the Resource Manager is responsible for proactively building and managing relationships with Utilities/Energy specific consulting resources that align with BRIDGE Energy Group’s practice areas. The Resource Manager will utilize the BRIDGE Energy Group Resource Management System and perform additional responsibilities including; executing and managing the consulting deployment process which involves; consultant qualification, lead generation, interview, selection, on-boarding and assignment management processes.
