05.10.10 BRIDGE Energy Group's CEO, Tony Giroti to speak at Connectivity Week in Santa Clara on May 24th-27th. Giroti will moderate a panel on Cloud Computing: Information Technology for Smart Grid on May 26 at 10:30am to 12:00pm. Cloud computing transforms the Internet into a mission-critical platform for delivering data, storage, communications, applications and services, at scale, through an as-needed, pay-as-you-go business model. The session will cover the primary features and benefits of cloud computing, identify the role cloud computing plays in supporting information technology and Smart Grid solutions and address its impact on IT operations.
