For those clients upgrading or migrating their EMS/SCADA systems, Bridge offers consulting support to backfill full time employees, expertise to build the database or new displays, aid in implementing and integrating the new system. We have experience in the following:

• Extensive experience with EMS/SCADA applications from ABB, Areva, GE, Siemens and OSII (Monarch)
• Network Model applications, Advanced Applications - State Estimator, Load Flow etc.
• Data Communication: to RTGs, RTUs using ICCP, DNP, LG8979, GETAC and other protocols
• Dispatch Scheduling, OTS, AGC and the integration of EMS to other Operations and Market Systems
• FAT, SAT and Integration testing

BRIDGE develops and provides consulting services to Market Management Systems security and Market Operations. We work with Market Participants, representatives, and vendors to deliver solutions for the Electricity Market's needs. We design, develop, and test EMMS / EMS, PI, and Web & Client/Server applications and interfaces, Performed Data Modeling and Database Design, established standards, policies, and procedures for development, testing, and migration -- using Fortran, C, C++, Perl and Optimization with tools like AMPL, CPLEX & Matlab.
