The Principal Consultant reports through the BRIDGE Delivery organization and is focused on successfully delivering utility projects on time, on budget and with a high level of client satisfaction. This individual will be responsible for the full life cycle of the project. The Principal Consultant will bring SME-level utility experience and Project Management expertise to support sales, marketing, partnership development, solutions and services definition.

The Principal Consultant will provide subject matter expertise in cybersecurity capabilities, architectures and technologies, security and compliance management processes, and bring industry best practices and standards (e.g., NERC CIP, NIST, DOE, IEC, ISA) to our clients and our business.

This includes prospecting to identify key decision-makers in the Utility Industry, building strong relationships, seeking out pain or challenges, and mapping BRIDGE solutions and services to the client pains.
We are looking for a take-charge, entrepreneurial individual who is an effective manager/doer, innovator and trailblazer to lead our sales expansion efforts. The Vice President of Sales will be a strategic member of our management team responsible for achieving our bookings and revenue goals by developing and leading our sales team while personally managing a book of business.
