As a Client Partner with BRIDGE Energy Group, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle. This includes prospecting to identify key decision-makers in the Utility Industry, building strong relationships, seeking out pain or challenges, and map BRIDGE solutions and services to the client pains.
The EMS/SCADA Engineer will be responsible for supporting an OSI Monarch EMS/SCADA system. The engineer will help with SCADA display development and modeling using OSI Monarch. The EMS/SCADA Engineer will help implement, integrate, create, modify and test alarming configurations within the SCADA system. This consultant will also configure, program, test and verify RTU configurations.
The Engagement Partner is responsible for four key areas of the business in the context of one or multiple clients: (1) Program/Project Oversight, (2) Client Satisfaction Management, (3) Consulting Services Staff Management, and (4) Business Development and Client Revenue Growth.

BRIDGE seeks a self-starter interested in advancing their IT technical and business skills while helping to continue the advancement and performance of BRIDGE’s business IT services. As the primary IT professional for BRIDGE, the IT Operations Manager will have both hands-on tactical and strategic responsibilities. This individual will be responsible for all IT services and support within the organization as well as planning, organizing and evaluating IT operational and infrastructure needs and resources.
As a NERC CIP SME for this long term engagement, the consultant will work as a Project Leader for the coordination of key tasks and provide insight and guidance to inform project management teams for the transmission and substation groups. This NERC CIP v5 Implementation Program will enable compliance with NERC CIP v5 and achieve convergence of NERC CIP compliance programs across the organization.
The Operations Technology SME will provide subject matter expertice support and guidance to other OT personnel across all NERC CIP v5 projects. The consultant will act as the business liaison between Security Operations, Security and Compliance, the IT teams and the business unit OT personnel to help the organization drive to NERC CIP v5 compliance.
