The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for achieving a defined quota by selling and managing all aspects of the sales cycle of BRIDGE’s services to the electric and gas utility across North America. The Business Development Manager will be a proven sales hunter close business in new accounts by identifying and prospecting key-decision makers within utilities across North America
The Business Systems Analyst is focused on supporting BRIDGE’s client(s) with requirement definition and system deployment and integration efforts. The core aspect of this role will be to gather and glean requirements from business and technical experts on multiple applications. This person will be able to synthesize the information, collect the required information and assist in translating this into business and functional requirement documents, business processes and technical specifications.
As a Client Partner with BRIDGE Energy Group, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle. This includes prospecting to identify key decision-makers in the Utility Industry, building strong relationships, seeking out pain or challenges, and map BRIDGE solutions and services to the client pains.
The Principal Consultant will provide subject matter expertise in cyber security capabilities, architectures and technologies, security and compliance management processes, and bring industry best practices and standards (e.g., NERC CIP, NIST, DOE, IEC, ISA) to our clients and our business. Working with the Grid Security and other practice leads this individual will support the sales efforts and development of the business, and provide thought leadership by authoring point of view papers, articles, white papers, attending conferences, industry committees, etc.
The Development Lead is a hands-on role that will be responsible for the overall design and deployment of a dashboard reporting solution based on data sourced primarily from an OSI PI Asset Framework. The Development Lead will be the primary author of integration requirements and technical design documentation, proving technical oversight and support to other developers.
The EMS/SCADA Engineer will be responsible for supporting an OSI Monarch EMS/SCADA system. The engineer will help with SCADA display development and modeling using OSI Monarch. The EMS/SCADA Engineer will help implement, integrate, create, modify and test alarming configurations within the SCADA system. This consultant will also configure, program, test and verify RTU configurations.

Our client is executing a series of projects to enable NERC CIP v5 compliance. Certain projects require use of a Substation Testing Lab that was built to enable testing of substation security and compliance solutions. The substation lab requires technical management and coordination of uses by various internal teams. The lab itself simulates end-to-end architecture including a data center and a substation; the virtual substation includes a representative selection of devices found in various critical substations in the utility’s infrastructure.

As a Sr. UI Developer, you’ll work with the BRIDGE Energy Group team to deliver displays that provide visualization data using a development toolset/display environment. The Talent Acquisition Manager is a strategic role for the company that requires the capabilities of a seasoned professional with a proven track record of proactively sourcing high quality candidates within a utility consulting company, developing and managing the recruitment process and overseeing the full-time talent acquisition team.
The Test Lead will work in a client facing capacity supporting projects as the primary consultant leading all the required test phases of the project in alignment with the approved Test Plan and Strategy and Release Management Plan deliverables. The Test Lead will also drive the execution of all the system acceptance test cases and procedures, develop/update training simulation and evaluations, and update all procedures using the upgraded OTS system.
