BRIDGE to Speak at High Profile Conference for the EU

Tony Giroti, CEO of BRIDGE, to participate on the panel for SOA & Web Services for a more sustainable IT infrastructure

Brussels, Belgium – BRIDGE Energy Group, Inc., the trusted advisor and implementation partner in Smart Grid Integration and Utility Solutions for the Energy industry, announced that Tony Giroti, CEO of BRIDGE and OASIS Board Member, will participate in the official conference of the 2010 Belgian Presidency of the European Union (EU) in a partnership with OASIS and the Belgium Federal Ministry of Finance. Mr. Giroti will speak as part of the panel for SOA and Web Services for a More Sustainable IT Infrastructure. The panel will debate how service oriented I.T. architecture provides a platform for energy savings, emissions trading, and the challenges of identity management.

The objective of this two-day Conference is to provide an opportunity for the public and private sectors to debate how Information & Communication Technologies can enhance environmental and energy sustainability and competitiveness in line with the goals of the Belgian EU Presidency. Expert speakers will discuss how Technology and Policy interact within a progressive and dynamic partnership to achieve sustainability goals within tight financial constraints.

The Conference will brings together an audience of senior-level policy makers from the public sector as well as top executives in the Energy, Climate Change, Sustainable Development, Smart Buildings and related Technology fields.
